People Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Administer the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all intermediate stages.
• Maintain the HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring all employee data changes are processed accurately and timely.
• Manage the Madrid office environment, including facilities management and creating a high-quality workplace experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees in the Madrid office.
• Support day-to-day People operations and contribute to new strategic projects within the People function.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an HR or People operations role.
• Sound understanding of Spanish employment law and core HR policies.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience working with HRIS, MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail regarding data and back-office operations.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in office management or a high-touch service/hospitality environment.
• Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up company.
