Responsibilities

• Own the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding
• Build structured onboarding programs for new hires and managers
• Create a retention-focused operating rhythm across the company
• Serve as the DRI for core people operations workflows including payroll, benefits, and equity administration
• Partner with leadership to improve people processes and support scaling
• Support international expansion and immigration policies
• Drive follow-through on employee feedback and plan team offsites and outings
• Use modern tooling and AI to automate repetitive work

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in People Operations or a highly operational role at a fast-growing company
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally reliable
• Ability to balance empathy with operational rigor
• Strong bias toward action and ability to turn ambiguity into systems
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling People Operations from Seed through Series C
• Experience supporting international employees and globally distributed teams
• Hands-on experience with payroll, benefits, equity administration, or HR systems
• Experience planning company offsites and large-scale employee events
