About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's business vision
- Manage the full recruitment, selection, and onboarding lifecycle
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and spearhead compensation and benefits programs
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance with DOLE standards and establish company policies
- Nurture a positive and agile working environment while managing the People Operations team
- Assess training needs and monitor the effectiveness of development programs
- Act as a power user of the Sprout platform and represent the company in HR communities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, or talent planning
- Proven knowledge of HR industry best practices and DOLE standards
- Strong strategic planning, integration, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflict within a diverse organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
