Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the new hire onboarding experience to ensure scalability and success.
• Drive the execution of performance review cycles and design for effectiveness.
• Manage engagement survey delivery, communications, and insight interpretation.
• Own the HR tech stack, specifically Rippling PEO, including implementation and automation.
• Build and manage workflows for tracking people changes such as promotions and offboarding.
• Lead management of benefits programs and ensure HR compliance with employment requirements.
• Evolve employee engagement activities and manage internal communication resources like the employee Wiki.
• Partner with people managers to provide guidance on performance and management practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or program management.
• Proven success in designing and executing structured processes with minimal direction.
• Strong project management skills for running multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience owning HR systems and tools, with a strong preference for Rippling.
• High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a bias toward action.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
