People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding daily HR queries, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies, procedures, contracts, and legal compliance within the French market.
• Maintain accurate people data and ensure data compliance within HRIS systems like Workday.
• Prepare payroll inputs and ensure high standards of data accuracy for payroll processing.
• Design and implement scalable HR policies and standardized practices across different European offices.
• Lead HR projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience, such as parenthood policies or HRIS improvements.
• Drive the digitalization of HR processes and tools within a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, as an HR Specialist, or in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR and legal topics, particularly within the French context.
• Proven experience working in scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• High level of rigor, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information with trust.
