People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring strategies by developing talent pipelines and managing the full selection process to ensure cultural and skill fit.
• Partner with senior management to align hiring timelines and recruitment strategies with company growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day people operations, including payroll, benefits, time off, contracts, and compliance.
• Manage payroll systems and company software to ensure data accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional legal and people teams on employment law, compensation strategy, and benefits programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding professional development, performance, and leave.
• Advise management on people-related decisions, including organizational design and team building.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor regulations and local recruitment specifics.
• Undergraduate degree in HR or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and exercise discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or a similar field.
• Experience working across multiple markets within Taiwan.
