People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Indonesia, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance for 170+ employees.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies by building talent pipelines and managing the end-to-end selection process.
• Oversee day-to-day people operations, including contracts, time off, and company software management.
• Partner with senior management to advise on organizational design, compensation, and people-related strategy.
• Collaborate with regional legal and people teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and company-wide benefit programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee support regarding performance, professional development, and leave.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Undergraduate degree in HR or a similar field.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesia labor regulations and local/regional recruitment specifics.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and exercise high levels of discretion.
