People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end People Operations function, serving as the main point of contact for all operational HR matters.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, managing investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and prompt query resolution.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including contract management, onboarding, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Design and improve onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance the employee experience and retention.
• Act as the primary lead for employee relations, supporting managers in resolving conflicts and performance issues.
• Maintain accurate employment records, statutory filings, and coordinate with PROs and government bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep, practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and Dubai government frameworks.
• Proven experience in the Dubai market, ideally within real estate, property management, or professional services.
• Proficiency in HRIS administration and the MS Office suite, including advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5+ or SHRM certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
