People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals and company growth plans
• Lead HR Operations, HR Administration, and Office Administration functions
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and talent management
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations and performance
• Drive employee engagement, company culture, and employer branding
• Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor legislation and internal policies
• Monitor HR metrics and optimize processes
• Oversee HR systems and employee data management

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience
• Proven experience in HR strategy development
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus labor law
• Experience managing HR budgets
• Proficiency with HRM, ATS, and CRM systems
• Knowledge of relocation and work permit processes
• Upper-Intermediate English

• Experience supporting international teams and multi-country HR operations
