People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contract creation, onboarding, and offboarding
• Provide individual advisory services and support to employees
• Ensure compliance with all labor and social security law regulations
• Manage employee benefits such as transport tickets, fitness offers, and meal cards
• Support People & Culture projects, including health initiatives and process harmonization
• Create employment references and maintain digital personnel files

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in People Operations or Human Resources
• Basic knowledge of German labor and social security law
• Experience in drafting employment references is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build trusting relationships
• Fluency in both German and English
