People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee monthly payroll delivery across multiple international entities, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Manage and enhance employee equity administration, including the Employee Share Purchase Plan and Options programme.
• Drive strategic initiatives such as the roll-out of global people operations systems and the definition of a global operating model.
• Support M&A activities through people due diligence and post-acquisition integration (payroll setup, equity onboarding).
• Produce and analyze key people metrics (headcount, attrition, payroll, equity) to provide board-ready insights.
• Act as a product owner for core people systems, driving optimization and scalable processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR to implement people policies and manage key supplier contracts.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar People Operations role or within a Consulting environment.
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Proven problem-solver capable of navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
