People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Active participation in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Legally compliant creation, review, and management of employment contracts and amendments
• Continuous definition, preparation, and optimization of HR processes
• Advising and supporting employees on personnel-related issues
• Diligent maintenance of personnel files, master data, and HR databases
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and internal guidelines
• Close collaboration with the People & Organization team and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration with a focus on HR
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR management
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Team player with a structured and conscientious working style
• Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
• High level of self-motivation and a hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Personio) and MS Office
