People Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Create, review, and manage employment contracts and HR-related documents
• Help define, improve, and organize HR processes
• Advise and support employees with HR-related questions
• Maintain and manage employee files, master data, and HR databases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies
• Work closely with the People & Organization team to implement HR strategies

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship or university degree in business administration or HR
• At least 2 years of professional experience in People Operations or HR Management
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with HR software such as Personio
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
