People Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Support Specialists across London and Brussels, focusing on performance and professional growth.
• Manage ticketing operations and SLAs to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.
• Optimize HR processes through automation and deflection to improve the employee experience.
• Partner with local business stakeholders and manage UK/EU vendors to align services with team needs.
• Ensure all UK and EU operations, including right-to-work and payroll inputs, comply with local labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize helpdesk data and feedback loops to provide actionable insights for future planning and improvements.

• Demonstrated experience in team leadership and people development.
• High proficiency in data tools and visualization to drive decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
