People Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the full employee lifecycle across North America, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Draft, review, and maintain regional People policies, employee handbooks, and operational documentation.
• Ensure all People Operations processes are compliant with North American employment legislation and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of People systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Partner with Reward and Finance teams to support compensation reviews, benchmarking, and payroll processes.
• Provide reporting and insights on compensation, attrition, and other key People metrics.
• Support the Business Partnering team with complex Employee Relations matters and operational risk management.

Requirements

• Significant experience in People or HR Operations within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting North American employment processes and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in drafting and maintaining HR policies, handbooks, and employment documentation.
• Experience supporting Total Rewards operations, including performance and compensation cycles.
• Proficiency in HRIS administration, data management, and reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent stakeholder management skills.
