About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate company-wide people systems including PEO administration, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
  • Scale clinician lifecycle operations such as onboarding, leaves of absence, and exits to support growth to 1,000+ clinicians
  • Support compensation planning through market reviews and pay band creation
  • Lead end-to-end employee relations, including investigations, terminations, and accommodations
  • Build clinician performance management systems and playbooks
  • Establish corporate people processes for the corporate team in collaboration with the CEO

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in people operations or human resources within a startup or high-growth environment
  • Direct exposure to employee relations and pay/benefits administration
  • Experience with PEO administration and payroll coordination
  • Proficiency in managing compensation data using Excel
  • Ability to design scalable processes for large-scale clinician workforces
