Responsibilities
- Build and scale people operations by designing and managing core HR systems, policies, and processes
- Own hiring operations and partner with leadership to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Drive onboarding and employee experience through structured programs and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance and accuracy regarding employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration
- Support performance and development by implementing management and feedback systems
- Improve operational efficiency by building scalable workflows and documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or talent operations
- Experience in high-growth startups
- Proven track record building and scaling HR systems and processes
- Familiarity with employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
- Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
- Ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibility
