People Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Build and scale people operations by designing and managing core HR systems, policies, and processes
• Own hiring operations and partner with leadership to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
• Drive onboarding and employee experience through structured programs and engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance and accuracy regarding employment laws, payroll, and benefits administration
• Support performance and development by implementing management and feedback systems
• Improve operational efficiency by building scalable workflows and documentation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or talent operations
• Experience in high-growth startups
• Proven track record building and scaling HR systems and processes
• Familiarity with employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms
• Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibility
