People Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding paperwork, contract preparation, and offboarding processes
• Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding local policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines
• Assist in the collection and structuring of data for payroll specialists, including sick leaves and contract changes
• Maintain data accuracy and quality within the HRIS (Workday) while ensuring GDPR compliance
• Help manage documentation for global mobility, such as visas and work permits
• Support the communication and promotion of company benefits and wellness programs

Requirements

• Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Mandatory university agreement (internship convention)
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality
• Ability to work onsite in Barcelona

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French is a plus
• Experience or familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms
