People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and lifecycle activities including transfers and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, documentation, and workforce data
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Support payroll preparation and workforce data validation
• Conduct candidate screenings, initial interviews, and coordinate assessments
• Support onboarding and staffing activities for new project launches
• Coordinate job fairs, recruiting events, and university partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Acquisition
• 8 years of progressive experience if no bachelor's degree is held
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technology aptitude
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multinational or global workforces
• Experience supporting both Human Resources and Recruiting functions
• Experience with compliance reviews, audits, or workforce reporting
• Experience working within a high-growth environment
