People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Rippling administrator, managing configuration, workflows, and data integrity
• Design and improve people operations workflows to drive scalability
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Rippling
• Own the end-to-end US onboarding process and manage the employee lifecycle
• Support US payroll processing and benefits administration
• Manage day-to-day office operations for the NYC location, including vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Collaborate with global HR teams in India and Romania

Requirements

• 4–6 years of HR/People Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with Rippling as a system administrator
• Experience with US payroll processing and multi-state compliance
• Strong analytical skills for people data reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Ability to manage office operations and workplace logistics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with international HR teams
• Experience in professional services or financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• PHR or SHRM-CP designation
