About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute a seamless new hire experience for the clinical population, including coordinating onboarding tasks and delivering New Hire Orientation.
  • Manage Workday business processes with high accuracy, including job changes, location updates, and organizational changes.
  • Own the structured offboarding process, ensuring data integrity, system deactivations, and exit interview logistics.
  • Serve as a primary HR support resource by addressing employee inquiries via Workday tickets and maintaining the People Operations knowledge base.
  • Administer compliance training workflows and maintain secure personnel records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support special projects including culture-building initiatives, process improvements, and AI/automation exploration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or operations role.
  • Hands-on experience working in an HRIS, ideally Workday.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a remote, distributed workforce.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-scaling, complex, or clinical organizations.
  • Exposure to clinical workforce operations or healthcare HR environments.
  • Experience using AI tools or automation within an HR context.
