People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Support performance management processes, including the coordination of performance improvement plans and documentation.
• Execute employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition activities in partnership with leadership.
• Coordinate site-level People communications, such as new hire announcements and organizational updates.
• Conduct exit interviews to capture insights for continuous process improvement.
• Assist with visa and work authorization processes and maintain executive profiles.
• Monitor social media feedback regarding employee experience and propose appropriate responses.
• Maintain the People Operations Hub with up-to-date policies, procedures, and forms.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2-5 years of professional Human Resources experience.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP certification or completion of advanced HR coursework.
