About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for all employees via the ticketing system
- Own operations for key employee lifecycle milestones including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding
- Manage the immigration program by guiding managers and employees through transfers and renewals
- Maintain compliance and audit-readiness by managing required documentation and filings
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to help the organization scale
- Support key programs such as benefits, leave administration, and performance review cycles
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or an HR Generalist role
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and HRIS workflows
- Experience managing employment compliance tasks like I-9 audits
- Experience coordinating visa documentation with immigration counsel
- Experience maintaining internal HR documentation and FAQs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running performance review cycles
- Experience with benefits administration and leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA)
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Lattice, Rippling, or Monday
- Enthusiasm for building AI agents using models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
