People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR administrative workflows, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in Hibob.
• Resolve HR, payroll, and workplace inquiries via Jira and Slack within established service standards.
• Manage the Casablanca office environment, including local office management, janitorial services, and team-building activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Legal teams to coordinate regional contracts and evaluate benefits providers.
• Lead regional employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, such as workshops and cultural events.
• Analyze and report on key HR metrics, including retention trends and workplace satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in human resources or people operations, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing localized HR processes and vendor management across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms (experience with Hibob is highly preferred).
• Strong technical proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and ticket management systems like Jira.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a university degree in HR or Business is a plus).
• Fluency in English is required.

• Experience working within a global, fast-paced scaling startup or "unicorn" environment.
• Experience managing office operations and physical workplace environments.
