Responsibilities
- Support core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation and coordinate logistics for new hires and departures
- Partner with payroll and benefits teams to support data accuracy and employee inquiries
- Administer leave and accommodation requests with discretion
- Maintain and improve HRIS data, reporting, and workflows using tools like Rippling
- Support HR compliance, including I-9, background checks, and multi-state requirements
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives to improve the overall employee experience
Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or HR coordination
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle
- Background in benefits, payroll coordination, or leave administration
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong professional written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proficiency with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms
- Experience with immigration processes or global company environments
