People Operations Generalist

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting
• Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more
• Own and manage the rotation and mobility program, including strategy and policy improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Act as the point of contact for employee questions regarding rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off
• Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
• Experience scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures
• Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets
