About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full HR lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compensation, and performance management
  • Design and improve scalable systems for high-volume employee infrastructure
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflicts, and escalations
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Build support programs and toolkits for manager enablement
  • Partner with Finance on payroll and headcount planning
  • Design culture and engagement programs for a high-volume environment
  • Implement AI-powered tools and automation across HR workflows
  • Maintain HRIS and payroll data integrity and build workforce health reporting

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of HR generalist experience
  • Experience in large-scale, high-volume environments (call centers, BPO, staffing, or large operations)
  • Experience managing large non-exempt, W-2 employee populations
  • Proven track record of scaling an organization through rapid growth
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and complex investigations
  • Fluency in wage and hour law, FMLA, ADA, and state-specific requirements
  • Analytical rigor and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Structured problem-solving and first-principles thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
