Responsibilities

• Own Rippling and other People systems, including configuration, integrations, permissions, workflow automation, and ongoing optimization
• Lead implementation of new People tools and ensure data integrity across all systems
• Own payroll operations and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• Administer benefits programs, manage vendors, and resolve payroll, benefits, and HR operational inquiries
• Own HR operational compliance, including employee records, contractor administration, required notices, and audits
• Partner with Legal to implement regulatory changes and maintain compliant processes
• Build dynamic dashboards to visualize and understand the employee lifecycle and org health

Requirements

• Process-oriented mindset with experience building scalable systems
• Experience in high-ownership, high-pressure environments such as finance, consulting, or fast-growing startups
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills
• Proficiency in working with data and building live dashboards/reports
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High sense of ownership and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling), payroll platforms, or compliance solutions
• Knowledge of employment law, immigration, or cross-border employment issues
• Experience in the AI ecosystem, semiconductors, or complex technical products
