People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all People-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide queue management for internal and external employee inquiries through JIRA and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Manage employee data changes and audits in Workday to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding tasks, including background checks and work authorization, as well as offboarding processes.
• Draft employment-related letters, agreements, and contracts.
• Support compliance efforts by tracking training completion and managing audit dashboards.
• Develop and maintain internal resources and knowledge base articles for employees.
• Partner with the People team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar People Operations or HR role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday.
• Familiarity with HR systems and case management tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to act independently.
