About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket assignments and respond to employee inquiries regarding People policy and benefits
- Assist with the collection, processing, and HRIS entry of various People data
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes as needed
- Maintain functional proficiency in core HR systems including Benefits Solver, ADP, Dayforce, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Participate in special People Operations projects and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Process department mail, including time-sensitive items like unemployment claims
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1-3 years of HR or related professional experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ADP, Dayforce, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
