People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across key People Ops functions including interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and compliance
• Coordinate new hire onboarding logistics including background checks, Day 1 setup, and orientation scheduling
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems
• Partner with the Office Assistant in West Texas to coordinate People Ops efforts
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and systems
• Assist with benefits administration and Open Enrollment preparation
• Track and report on people data such as headcount and organizational changes
• Support compliance tracking and audits, including I-9s and training requirements

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Prior administrative or HR/People Operations experience preferred
