About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workplace operations and act as the primary contact for building management and maintenance
  • Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives
  • Source and oversee external vendors including tradespersons and security
  • Support employee business travel including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
  • Manage catering, kitchen supplies, and office inventory
  • Manage employee expense reimbursements and vendor invoice payments
  • Collaborate with leadership and finance on budgeting and operational tasks
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, background checks, and HR orientations
  • Plan and execute company culture initiatives and team events
  • Support studio shipping and receiving

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or administration
  • Experience managing external vendors and planning team events
  • Hands-on experience with expense processing and basic budget support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
