About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workplace operations and act as the primary contact for building management and maintenance
- Participate in the Occupational Health & Safety committee and lead safety initiatives
- Source and oversee external vendors including tradespersons and security
- Support employee business travel including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Manage catering, kitchen supplies, and office inventory
- Manage employee expense reimbursements and vendor invoice payments
- Collaborate with leadership and finance on budgeting and operational tasks
- Assist with onboarding logistics, background checks, and HR orientations
- Plan and execute company culture initiatives and team events
- Support studio shipping and receiving
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or administration
- Experience managing external vendors and planning team events
- Hands-on experience with expense processing and basic budget support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion
