People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide essential Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center.
• Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding.
• Administer time and attendance records and process timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with People Partners and HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR Coordination, or a similar administrative support role.
• Ability to work a Back Half schedule (Wednesday–Saturday, 10:30am–8:30pm).
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with the workforce.
• A compliance-first mindset to navigate a heavily regulated industry.
