People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for all people-related inquiries at the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Manage and process employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, training logistics, and offboarding procedures.
• Administer time and attendance records, processing timesheet adjustments using physical timeclocks and HRIS software.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with People Partners and other HR specialists to escalate complex issues and improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in People Operations, HR Coordinator, or a similar administrative support role.
• Ability to work a Back Half schedule (Wednesday–Saturday, 10:30am–8:30pm).
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and timekeeping software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume inquiries with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.
• A 'compliance first' attitude to navigate a heavily regulated industry.
