About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics and onboarding support, including induction planning and systems setup.
  • Design and maintain Learning & Development (L&D) plans, including organizing global learning series and newsletters.
  • Support monthly people planning and annual workforce cycles, providing updates on headcount and allocations.
  • Produce recurring people-related reports and bespoke dashboards to support budget management and leadership reviews.
  • Coordinate engagement activities, such as listening surveys and pulse checks, to track and analyze thematic insights.
  • Manage teaming processes and collaboration rhythms to enable smooth integration between global and local teams.
  • Provide general operational assistance for meetings, workshops, and virtual events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, L&D, PMO, or similar coordination-focused roles.
  • Proven experience working in global, virtual, and multicultural environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing leadership-ready presentations and synthesizing data trends.
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operational cycles such as planning, reporting, or onboarding.
  • Previous exposure to working with Executive functions.
  • Demonstrated PMO capability with a structured and deadline-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
