Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense.

Responsibilities

  • Own the new hire coordination process end-to-end, from HRIS entry to welcome communications
  • Run new hire orientation and guide employees through onboarding
  • Partner with IT, Workplace Operations, and Recruiting to ensure day-one readiness
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Rippling throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Generate employment verification (VOE) letters and standard HR documents
  • Respond to employee inquiries via Slack with helpful and compliant responses
  • Support the People team with various projects and process improvements

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, People Ops, or a similar administrative role
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Rippling preferred)
