People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
• Maintain compliant digital employee files and ensure data privacy in line with GDPR and local regulations.
• Act as the primary HR help-desk, responding to employee inquiries regarding HR letters, salary certificates, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with the UAE PRO to manage entry visas, work permits, Emirates ID issuance, and Golden Visa applications.
• Monitor visa, Emirates ID, and contract expiries to ensure 100% timely renewals.
• Administer medical insurance enrollments, claims, and monthly invoice reconciliations.
• Support off-boarding by collecting assets, deactivating system access, and managing visa cancellations and final settlements.
• Ensure all HR policies remain compliant with UAE Labour Law and relevant Free-Zone updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a People Associate role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, free-zone regulations, and visa processes.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Zoho People) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Solid experience in payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with Golden Visa procedures.
