About the role
Responsibilities
- Run a seamless, end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience
- Own the visa and immigration programme to ensure compliance and support for sponsored workers
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and ensure people data remains clean
- Coordinate TA logistics from case study stage through to onsite interviews
- Drive process improvements to make People Ops more scalable
Requirements
- 1–2 years of HR or People Ops experience
- Proficiency with an HRIS, ideally Deel or similar
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Strong obsession with accuracy and data
- Ability to juggle competing priorities while staying organized and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
