People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support visa, immigration, and relocation processes across UAE and KSA
• Track visa expirations, license renewals, and regulatory deadlines
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS and visa tracking logs
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics including contracts, IDs, and system access
• Manage offboarding processes, documentation, and system updates
• Handle employee queries regarding benefits, leave, and documentation
• Support monthly headcount reporting and payroll data preparation
• Identify opportunities to automate manual People Ops processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Ops or HR administration
• Hands-on experience with UAE and KSA visa and immigration workflows
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and checklists
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and employee queries
