People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Support visa, immigration, and relocation processes across UAE and KSA, working with Legal and external PROs
• Track visa expirations, license renewals, and regulatory deadlines to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and visa tracking logs
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including contracts, IDs, and system access
• Manage offboarding processes, documentation, and system updates
• Handle employee queries regarding benefits, leave, and documentation
• Support monthly headcount reporting and people dashboards
• Assist with payroll data preparation and accuracy checks
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency via tools like Notion

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Ops or HR administration
• Hands-on experience with UAE and KSA visa and immigration workflows
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and checklists
• Experience with payroll input and review processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee data
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and employee queries

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to HR reporting tools or dashboard creation
• Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple countries
• Strong documentation instinct and interest in growing within a People career path
