People Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in personnel files and the applicant tracking system
• Oversee office facilities and day-to-day workplace operations, including equipment, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Support payroll administration and maintain accurate payroll records
• Support employee requests, benefits administration, and general People Operations inquiries
• Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or administrative experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with payroll administration
