About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers
- Handle labor insurance, health insurance, pension, and group insurance administration
- Plan and execute employee benefits and engagement projects, such as company events
- Maintain and update employee data accuracy within the HR system
- Manage attendance records and support payroll processing tasks
- Optimize HR systems, company organizational processes, and policies
- Oversee office administration, including reception, mail handling, and office supply procurement
- Manage relationships and contracts with landlords, property management, and external vendors
