People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operational and administrative processes including documentation, onboarding, and offboarding
• Act as the first point of contact for People Operations queries for managers and staff
• Maintain data integrity within HR and Payroll systems and resolve inaccuracies
• Handle employee lifecycle tasks such as logging absences, monitoring probation, and managing parental leave
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and metrics using data analysis to provide insights to stakeholders
• Map and maintain a library of People operational processes

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Experience in HR generalist, operations, or coordination roles
• Working knowledge of People Systems and/or HRIS
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools like MS PowerBI
• Strong attention to detail and results orientation
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
