People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding delivery, including I-9 verification, system provisioning, and new hire check-ins.
• Maintain HR data integrity and support recurring reporting, utilizing AI tools to accelerate data synthesis and identify anomalies.
• Resolve People Operations Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets with clear, timely follow-through.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or a directly adjacent function.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, including data entry, transaction processing, and report generation.
• Active use of AI tools in daily workflows for tasks such as drafting, research, or data synthesis.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex policies into clear language.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make reasonable process decisions without a predefined playbook.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent processes with high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience using Workday.
• Familiarity with HR compliance requirements across multiple US states and leave law basics.
• Prior experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
