People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive HR automation and AI enablement by building Knowledge Base documentation to power internal AI chatbots.
• Reengineer HR processes to transition from manual tasks to manager self-service and automated workflows.
• Support People Analytics reporting to ensure accurate workforce data for leadership decision-making.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex, sensitive, or edge-case employee inquiries.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding logistics, and immigration/visa operational support.
• Serve as the operational coordinator for the People Team's Project Management Office (PMO) to track departmental OKRs.
• Maintain compliance and risk management, including EEO-1 reporting, I-9/E-Verify, and SOX control documentation.
• Coordinate Learning & Development operations for ID.me University via the Absorb LMS.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Shared Services roles.
• Experience working within a scaling technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with modern HR tech stacks (e.g., UKG, Jira Service Management, Enboarder, or LMS platforms).
• An automation-first mindset with a passion for leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage deliverables against team OKRs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex HR information for diverse audiences.
