People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards in Rippling and Google Sheets to track headcount, attrition, and compensation trends
• Translate people data into actionable recommendations for headcount planning and workforce cost analysis
• Own Rippling system integrity, including workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and data accuracy
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from offer acceptance through offboarding
• Manage immigration-related processes and serve as the primary liaison to outside immigration counsel
• Partner with the Director of People on compensation strategy, salary banding, and merit cycles
• Manage the operational execution of performance review cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, HR, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR operations, or a data-heavy HR generalist role
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet modeling
• Experience with Rippling or a comparable HRIS
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR processes and reporting
• Ability to turn ambiguous data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders

• Spanish fluency
