People Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain global employee data within HRMS and SharePoint to ensure high standards of data integrity
• Prepare and submit weekly headcount reports and support ad hoc people data analysis for stakeholders
• Coordinate onboarding systems administration for new joiners across key platforms and training tools
• Support payroll processes by preparing, validating, and sharing required inputs in a timely manner
• Manage feedback uploads to support performance management and people processes
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of employee data to reduce process risk
• Act as a point of contact for people data and systems requests, partnering with HR, Finance, and IT
• Document and continuously improve people operations processes, templates, and trackers

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar people operations or consulting role
• Proven experience working with HR systems, people data, and reporting
• Experience providing payroll support in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to ambiguity in a fast-paced setting
