About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new joiners and manage on-site onboarding activities
- Ensure accurate completion of required documentation and maintain compliance with company policies
- Maintain employee records and conduct regular data accuracy checks in HR systems
- Provide on-site support for Tier 1 HR queries and assist hourly employees on the production floor
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and support the payroll team with accurate reporting
- Assist with the integration of new HR systems, processes, and technologies
- Support data cleanup projects and provide backup support for other sites as needed
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and ability to explain systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Human Resources experience is considered an asset
