Responsibilities

• Manage immigration and visa cases end-to-end across global markets
• Own right-to-work compliance to ensure legal obligations and audit readiness
• Coordinate international relocation logistics and employee support
• Manage relationships and performance of external immigration vendors
• Coordinate operational aspects of internal mobility, including documentation and timelines
• Support generalist people operations tasks as required

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced, detail-heavy operational role
• Exceptional proactive communication skills
• Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and stay steady under pressure
• Strong documentation discipline and record-keeping skills
• Exceptional project management and attention to detail
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience managing and driving accountability from vendors
