About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for People and L&D queries via shared inboxes
  • Maintain accurate employee records, JML trackers, and documentation
  • Support the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, and leaver documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding administration such as right-to-work, references, and DBS checks
  • Maintain the L&D calendar and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events
  • Support vendor administration for L&D suppliers including onboarding and invoicing
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and training agreements
  • Produce routine reports and trackers to support People and L&D activity

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using HR and/or Learning Management systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting benefits administration
