About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for People and L&D queries via shared inboxes
- Maintain accurate employee records, JML trackers, and documentation
- Support the employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, and leaver documentation
- Coordinate onboarding administration such as right-to-work, references, and DBS checks
- Maintain the L&D calendar and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events
- Support vendor administration for L&D suppliers including onboarding and invoicing
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and training agreements
- Produce routine reports and trackers to support People and L&D activity
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience using HR and/or Learning Management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting benefits administration
